Meeandr is a self-guided experience. By using this application, participants agree to remain alert and aware of their surroundings at all times. If participants are using Meeandr while operating a motor vehicle, you agree to comply with all local traffic laws and avoid distracted driving. Landers & Sons LLC is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or legal violations that occur while using the app.Technical Failures and Access
Landers & Sons LLC assumes no responsibility if a participant or participants are unable to access a tour due to technical failures, including but not limited to loss of GPS signal, cellular data interruptions, or device hardware malfunctions.Limitation of Liability
Landers & Sons LLC is not responsible for injury or damage, directly or indirectly, to persons and/or property in connection with any transportation, accommodations, tour programs, or any other services due to acts of nature, fire, breakdown of machinery, acts of authorities, terrorism, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, delays, cancellations, participant negligence, or changes in the tour route. Furthermore, Landers & Sons LLC is not responsible for any acts committed by participants while touring.Operating Conditions
Participants tour at their sole discretion. Meeandr reserves the right to discontinue tours, service or alter tour routes at any time for any reason, including road construction or any other safety-related reason.Health and Wellness
Landers & Sons LLC is not responsible for participant health compliance or illness exposure risk while using the app or touring the areas described.Refund Policy
Meeandr does not offer refunds. Please note that Landers & Sons LLC is not responsible for or obligated to issue refunds or make changes if the wrong tour is selected or if the participant is unable to complete the tour for personal reasons.Agreement
